Purchasing from Hawk & Owl is as secure and easy as with any standard web ecommerce platform. Simply verify your order on the Checkout Page (you may make changes if necessary), then proceed to the secure website where you can enter your shipping and billing information. Step-By-Step

	1.		Shop through the site, adding items to your "Jewellery Box" (also referred to as a "shopping cart")
	2.		Go to the Checkout Page where you can confirm your order, and the amount - feel free to continue shopping or proceed to the payment form.
	3.		From the Checkout Page, click the "Go To Payment Form" button. Your order will be transferred to a secure webserver where you can enter your shipping and credit card information.
	4.		After entering the shipping and credit card information, submit your payment. Please note that your card is not actually debited until your goods are shipped.
	5.		After submitting payment, you will be taken to a receipt page. You can print this page for your records, but you will also receive a copy of the receipt via email. Retain this information for your records.
	6.		Your receipt will have a listing of what you ordered, the Product ID numbers, and an Order Number. This information should be retained for any correspondence with Hawk & Owl.
	7.		We receive your order immediately. Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks to make the jewellery item you ordered depending on the availability of your stone, and a further 5 days to ship the item.
	8.		We ship using Canada Post with the standard $15 shipping fee. Please contact us to arrange for over night delivery using Federal Express or UPS.
	9.		That is it. Feel free to return back to the Hawk & Owl site, and be sure to tell your friends.
